Direct support availability depends on the product tier:

1. anuboXBRL Reader (Free)

Support is provided exclusively through the community.
Users support each other on a best-effort basis.
anubo may occasionally participate or guide discussions, but there is no entitlement to direct support for the Reader edition.

2. anuboXBRL Analyzer BASIC

Support is provided directly by anubo as part of the BASIC subscription.

3. anuboXBRL Analyzer CLASSIC

Support is provided directly by anubo as part of the CLASSIC subscription.
